KCFE's Catherine Faherty is a Finalist for
the 2019 Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award
Catherine Faherty, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at our Kellogg Center for Family Enterprises, has been chosen as a finalist for The Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award from the prestigious Society for the Advancement of Management Studies.
Catherine's dissertation is entitled "Bound by Blood in the Family Firm? Examining the Effects of Trusting and Feeling Trusted in the Family Firm Top Management Team".
As outlined on the SAMS website, this annual prize is
"awarded to innovative scholarship demonstrated within a PhD or DBA thesis in any discipline within management and organisation studies. The award is supported by the Journal of Management Studies (JMS) and the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies (SAMS), a charitable organisation which supports capacity building in business and management research.
